You always start by getting the EU Drone Licence (A1-A3 certificate and A2 certificate). Then you continue with the STS theory training. This is required for flying under EASA STS-01 and STS-02.
In the specific category, you also need practical training. You can take this in the Netherlands with us or contact a flight school in the EU country where you live.
